Scholarships Awarded to Outstanding High School Students
Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli and two former Virginia attorneys generals presented awards to four Richmond high school students who exhibit strong character, leadership qualities and a willingness to give back to their communities. The awards were targeted specifically to students residing in at-risk Richmond city neighborhoods served by the Gang Reduction and Intervention Program (GRIP), a project of the Office of the Attorney General. These awards were presented on May 16, 2011 at a luncheon at Troutman Sanders. This Youth Awards program is a partnership between the Office of the Attorney General, Troutman Sanders, and the Greater Richmond Bar Foundation.
