2015 George H. Hettrick Leadership Award Recipients

On November 11, 2015, at the Annual Pro Bono Celebration, the Greater Richmond Bar Foundation conferred the inaugural George H. Hettrick Leadership Awards to three attorneys integrally involved with Veterans’ Initiative program:  Robert “Bob” Barrett, Matt Kapinos and Heather Lockerman.  Through the Virginia Bar Association’s Veterans Issues Task Force, Barrett and Kapinos created the program to provide pro bono legal assistance to veterans, service members and their spouses.
